Anti-Sticking Mechanism

ZT- 40T features high melt strength and rapid surface crosslinking behavior. It encapsulates low-molecular additives such as lubricants and metal stearates inside the polymer matrix, preventing migration to mold surfaces. This significantly reduces sticking issues and improves production yield. Effective dosage starts from 5 phr.
