Weifang Create CPVC

Weifang CREATE CPVC is developed and manufactured with reference to imported material parameters, the Vicat softening point of injection plastic is > 100 degrees; the Vicat softening point of extruded materials is > 110 degrees;

    The heat resistance is 30-40 degrees higher than that of pvc, and CPVC it is known as a material that is not afraid of boiling water!

    According to the processing method, cpvc resinmaterials are divided into extrusion grade and injection molding grade. According to product performance, there are:

•     Weather resistance and UV resistance grade: suitable for outdoor sun and rain environment, effectively prevent product aging and fading.

•     High heat resistance grade: suitable for hot water pipes, valves and pipe fittings.

•     High corrosion resistance grade: suitable for chemical and sewage treatment pipeline fittings.

    Environmental protection level: ROHS\ROH2.0.

    Other requirements are customized cpvc rein/cpvc compound by engineer 1V1 carding performance.
