PE wax, also known as polyethylene wax, is produced from polyethylene. It has stable chemical properties, good electrical performance and excellent external lubrication. For PVC products with high filler content, such as PVC foam board, WPC board, pipes, profiles and sheets, OPE wax can help improve filler dispersion, reduce plate-out, enhance demolding performance and maintain better processing consistency. It also has good thermal stability and can work under relatively high processing temperatures.

In simple terms, PE wax is mainly used as an external lubricant, while OPE wax offers stronger dispersion, compatibility and balanced lubrication. The final choice depends on the formulation, processing equipment and product requirements.
